Gearhead Living
Gearhead Living was created as a place to share stories, learnings, and excitement from all things motorsports in our various communities. We are a media and social company – open to media coverage requests and advertising placement.
Naomi
Naomi Watnick grew up in the Central Valley of California and quickly knew she liked driving. She often drove for others when they didn’t like handling a RWD in the rain and taught a few people how to drive manual in her 1980 Plymouth Champ Turbo. Now living in Seattle, Washington, Naomi is involved in the local BMW, Porsche, Alfa and Audi clubs as an instructor for Driver Skills days and attends Driver Education days on the track with her 1992 Miata. She is very involved in the local motorsports community with a few clubs, including Avants. She competes rallycross in her 1988 XR4Ti with SCCA and the Northwest Rally Association – and dabbles in a little autocross in the Miata with the Bremerton Sports Car Club and SCCA events. When she’s not driving or instructing, she loves helping race teams at large motorsports events.
Naomi is the founder of Gearhead Living.

Brian is determined to pass the legacy of car culture onto the next generation and publishes children’s books about motorsports, available via TunersCare.com. He is currently building a ‘91 Nissan 300ZX, regrets selling his ‘83 Toyota Celica GT, and secretly wants to build a retromod El Camino.

Paul

Paul is a current member of SD Stangs (San Diego) and is currently restoring a 1993 Cobra and can be seen around San Diego in his GT350R.
